The rates and fees listed below reflect services rendered outside of any applicable annual support plan or other contract. For pricing details for products or services covered under a support plan or other contract please reference the advertised pricing for that agreement.
This hourly rate applies to all telephone-only support sessions in which a help desk expert assists you by walking you through the necessary steps to resolve your problem using only a telephone call. You will be billed in half hour increments.
Online Remote Support$70/hour
This hourly rate applies to all support sessions in which a help desk expert assists you using GigaShock's specialized remote support software to share control of your computer's keyboard, mouse, and monitor to better assist you with the resolution of your problem. The full duration of any support session making any use of GigaShock's remote support software will be billed at this rate. You will be billed in half hour increments.
This hourly rate applies to all support sessions in which a help desk expert visits your home or office in order to assist you. You will be billed in half hour increments.
Video Recording Of Remote Session$89.99
Refer back to your remote support session anytime by purchasing a complete video recording. Keep them on file for as long as you would like for future reference or training.
We can deliver detailed illustrated instructions that you can use for future training or reference. Picstructions include images and detailed descriptions of each step we took to solve your problem or accomplish a task. Refer back to this anytime in case the problem arises in the future.
All Other Hourly Work$75/hour
This hourly rate applies to all hourly work performed by a help desk expert at your request while not otherwise engaged in one of the above suport sessions. This includes research done at your request, hardware repairs done to your computer while in our possesion, and any other work outside of providing real-time support. You will be billed in half hour increments.

This flat rate diagnostic fee covers the time required for our help desk experts to determine the cause of the problem you are seeking our assistance to solve. Once we have diagnosed the source of the problem we will explain how we would like to proceed at which time you can choose to continue the process of actually resolving the problem at our standard hourly rate. This fee does not apply to software training.
